AXIS is selling a token for its robot-data network
The community sale closes September 28. Behind the deadline is a bet on robot-training data, a $100 million fully diluted valuation and a long wait for most tokens to unlock.

A robot can know what a cup looks like and still struggle to pick it up. It needs examples of movements, failed attempts and corrections, not just pictures.
AXIS is building a network to collect those examples. Now it is selling a token connected to that project, with its community-sale window scheduled to close September 28 at 1 a.m. Toronto time, or 1 p.m. Singapore time.
The portal showed the sale open when we checked on September 27. This is a deadline to commit funds, not a promise that tokens will start trading then. Most of any allocation stays locked after token launch.
What the network is trying to do
Imagine guiding a virtual robot arm to lift a cup. It misses, so you adjust the grip and try again. That record of movements can become training material for another attempt.
AXIS’s documentation describes a browser-based version of this process. Contributors demonstrate tasks in simulation and take over when a trained robot policy makes a mistake. A policy is the model that chooses what the robot does next.
The system checks recordings, turns them into more training examples and uses them to improve models. Contribution identifiers are recorded on Base, a blockchain, to connect a task with its data and contributor.
That is the product idea. A recorded contribution does not, by itself, prove that a robot improved or that the token will become valuable. We have not tested the training system or independently measured its results.
What is being sold?
AXIS announced a $1 million USDC round at $0.10 per token, representing 10 million tokens. The stated $100 million fully diluted valuation prices the entire token supply at that sale price. It is not the value of tokens currently circulating or a prediction of their future price.

The round accepts USDC on Base. Published commitments range from $100 to $100,000 per verified person or entity, not per wallet. If demand exceeds the round, allocations are generally reduced proportionately; unfilled amounts are returned under the sale terms.
The wait matters as much as the price
The announced vesting schedule releases 10% at the token-generation event, when tokens are first issued. Then comes a six-month wait before the remaining 90% unlocks gradually over the following six months.
For a hypothetical fully accepted $100 allocation, that means 1,000 tokens: 100 initially and 900 later. It does not mean $100 of immediately sellable tokens. Allocation, delivery and any future market price are separate questions.
A reader asked the obvious follow-up to the announcement:
What about TGE timeline?

Before treating the deadline as an opportunity
- Not everyone is eligible. Sonar handles identity checks. US persons and people in other restricted jurisdictions are excluded. Connecting a wallet does not establish eligibility.
- A commitment is not freely reversible. The terms say it cannot be decreased or withdrawn. AXIS can reduce or reject allocations.
- Distribution depends on AXIS. The terms say Sonar settles allocations but does not distribute tokens or enforce the vesting schedule.
- There may be no liquid market. A sale price is not a resale promise. The project, contracts or token can fail, including a total loss of committed funds.
The deadline makes this worth understanding now. It does not answer the harder question: whether the network can turn useful robot-training data into lasting demand for its token.
Sources and reporting notes
Checked September 27, 2026. Sale timing comes from the official portal; its scheduled close is September 28 at 05:00 UTC. Product mechanics come from AXIS’s documentation. Restrictions and execution risks come from the investor disclaimer and sale terms. Sale price and vesting are also in the issuer’s embedded announcement.
We have not participated, connected a wallet, audited the contracts or verified an investor’s eligibility. The reader’s question illustrates one unresolved issue, not a representative survey. Their holdings and commercial relationships are unknown. This is an explanation of the sale, not a recommendation to buy.
